Every student learns at their own pace, in their own way. Some students are visual learners, some auditory, some prefer a hands on approach, some need a combination. For each student, certain concepts will be quick to grasp while others may take time. In a classroom these individual needs cannot always be met for every student, and they can begin to struggle. One way to approach this problem is through personalized, one on one tutoring. Focused attention and instant feedback can identify challenges and adapt to the exact support a student needs, so they can build confidence, motivation, and understanding.
